What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the type of wall you're asking about, and anything you write in the message field. When you call 02 5137 7616, the call may be logged with your number and the time of the call.
Why we collect it, and who receives it
Your enquiry exists to be passed on. Details submitted through this site are shared with the independent retaining wall contractors who handle enquiries for your area, so they can contact you about your job. Form submissions are processed through our forms provider (LeadConnector), which stores the data on our behalf.
We do not sell your details, publish them, or share them with anyone beyond the contractors handling your enquiry and the service providers that run this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic analytics to understand which pages are visited. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Access, correction, and removal
If you want a copy of the details you've submitted, want them corrected, or want them deleted, call 02 5137 7616 or lodge a request through the contact form and it will be actioned. If a contractor has already received your enquiry, we'll tell you which business has it so you can contact them directly as well.
Complaints
If you believe your privacy has been mishandled, raise it with us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
